It is not financial, investment, or trading advice, and we are not a registered investment adviser, research analyst, or broker. 1 · Acceptance & eligibility

—By accessing, browsing, or using StarCalls (the "Service"), by requesting access, by clicking "Get the morning brief" or any similar control, or by receiving our emails, you ("you," the "user") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.
—You represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction), have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and are not barred from using the Service under any law applicable to you.
—These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and the operators of StarCalls ("StarCalls," "we," "us," "our").

2 · Informational service only — not advice

—StarCalls is an automated, informational research and educational platform. All content — including signals, alignment or conviction scores, price levels, entry/exit context, calendars, dashboards, and commentary (collectively, the "Content") — is general information published for informational and educational purposes only.
—Nothing on the Service or in our communications is, or should be construed as, financial, investment, trading, legal, accounting, or tax advice, nor as a recommendation, solicitation, offer, or inducement to buy, sell, or hold any security, derivative, or other financial instrument.
—The Content is not tailored to your financial situation, objectives, risk tolerance, or needs, and does not constitute personalized or individualized advice of any kind.

3 · No adviser, broker, or fiduciary relationship

—We are not registered as, and do not act as, an investment adviser, research analyst, broker, dealer, portfolio manager, or financial institution under the securities laws or regulations of any country, including (without limitation) the United States and India.
—No advisory, fiduciary, agency, brokerage, or client relationship is created between you and StarCalls by your use of the Service, your subscription, or your receipt of any Content.
—We do not manage assets, hold or have access to client funds, execute trades, or have any access to your brokerage or financial accounts.

4 · Assumption of risk & no reliance

—Trading and investing in securities involves substantial risk, including the risk of losing some or all of your capital — and you may lose more than you expect. Leverage, options, and short-term trading amplify these risks.
—You agree that any decision to buy, sell, or hold any instrument is made solely by you, in your sole discretion, and entirely at your own risk. You will not rely on the Content as the sole basis for any financial decision.
—You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence, for evaluating the merits and risks of any transaction, and for consulting a licensed, qualified professional before acting. We strongly recommend you understand position sizing, stop-losses, and risk management before acting on anything you see here.

5 · No warranty — provided "as is"

—The Service and all Content are provided "as is" and "as available," with all faults and without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
—To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and availability.
—We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any signal, score, or data point will be accurate, reliable, or profitable.

6 · Hypothetical & past performance

—Any performance figures, backtests, win rates, equity curves, or track records shown are hypothetical, simulated, or based on historical data, and are provided for illustration only.
—Past or simulated performance is not indicative of, and does not guarantee, future results. Hypothetical and backtested results have inherent limitations, do not represent actual trading, and may not reflect the impact of fees, slippage, liquidity, timing, or real market conditions.
—No representation is being made that any account will, or is likely to, achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.

7 · Third-party data & content

—The Service relies on data and services supplied by third parties, including market-data providers and exchanges. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party data, which may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete.
—Any third-party names, marks, or links are used for identification only and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

8 · Limitation of liability

—To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will StarCalls or its operators, owners, affiliates, contributors, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, capital, revenue, data, goodwill, or any trading or investment losses of any kind, arising out of or relating to the Service or the Content — whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other theory, and even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
—To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you actually paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (US$100). You acknowledge the Service is offered free of charge and that this allocation of risk is reflected in that pricing.
—Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; where a limitation is not permitted, our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.

9 · Indemnification

—You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StarCalls and its operators, owners, affiliates, and contributors from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: your use of the Service; any trade, investment, or financial decision you make; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any law or of the rights of any third party; or any content you submit.

10 · Acceptable use & intellectual property

—All Content, software, design, and the proprietary models underlying the Service are owned by StarCalls or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Content for your own personal, non-commercial use only.
—You may not reproduce, redistribute, republish, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any Content without our prior written permission.
—You may not use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access the Service; attempt to reverse-engineer, derive, or reconstruct the underlying model or logic; circumvent access controls or rate limits; or share your account, credentials, or session access with anyone else.

11 · Accounts, access & termination

—We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, and may suspend or terminate your access, at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice, and without liability to you.
—We may refuse service, remove content, and take any action we deem appropriate to protect the Service, our rights, or other users.

12 · Jurisdictional availability & your compliance

—The Service is not directed to any person in any jurisdiction where its publication or availability would be contrary to law, or would subject us to any registration or licensing requirement in that jurisdiction.
—You are solely responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, and tax obligations that apply to you, including the securities laws of your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you represent that doing so does not violate any law applicable to you.

13 · Governing law

—These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Service, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and subject to the dispute-resolution provisions below.

14 · Dispute resolution; arbitration; waivers

—Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended), seated in India, before a sole arbitrator, conducted in English. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
—To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and StarCalls each waive any right to a trial by jury and any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action; all disputes must be brought in an individual capacity only.
—Notwithstanding the above, we may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property or prevent misuse of the Service. Any claim must be brought within one (1) year after it arises, or it is permanently barred to the extent permitted by law.

15 · Electronic communications & consent

—By providing your email address and requesting access, you consent to receive communications from us electronically — including the daily brief and service messages — and you agree that electronic agreements, notices, and records satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
—You may withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email; doing so will end your access to email-delivered Content.

16 · Changes to these terms

—We may update these Terms at any time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes take effect when posted, and your continued access or use of the Service after that constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

17 · Severability & entire agreement

—If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
—These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and StarCalls regarding the Service and supersede all prior understandings. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them freely.
